Founded by celebrity Chef Margaret Xu Yuan in 2008, Kitchen Yin Yang was the first farm-to-table organic contemporary Chinese cuisine. Every season is a fresh food adventure with produce from the local farm and wild caught seafoods from the south china sea .
Our Story
Yin Yang is known for its world famous signature, the Yellow Earth Chicken roasted in a DIY terracotta urn designed by Chef Margaret Xu.
Yin Yang relocated to Ting Kau Beach as Yin Yang Coastal and won Asia's 50 best awards "Essence of Asia" in 2022. Recently we have moved our kitchen and lab to a one-table waterfront house in Sai Kung- and each season we will be creating fresh food adventures there, as well as in different HK locations with different themes.
