Founded by celebrity Chef Margaret Xu Yuan in 2007 with her legendary DIY Yellow Earth Terracotta stove, Kitchen Yin Yang was the first to create farm-to-table , organic contemporary Chinese cuisine sourced locally. Every season is a fresh food adventure with produce from the local farm and wild caught seafoods from the south china sea .
