CELEBRITY CHEF MARGARET XU

Listed as the world's 100 contemporary chefs (Phadon Press,UK), Chef Margaret Xu is the pioneer of local farm-to-table contemporary Chinese cooking in Hong Kong.Her world famous signature Yellow Earth Chicken is roasted in a terracotta urn she designed and made out of  plant pots- now listed as one of the world's iconic signature dishes in 300 years of culinary history.

Her beachfront restaurant Yin Yang Coastal, on Ting Kau Beach was awarded Asia's 50 best  2021 “Essence of Asia” and best female-led restaurant 2021.
